In my mind, November is a month to celebrate all things Winter.
In this menu I have used Creedy Carver duck which is such an amazing product, and I have featured gingerbread on the dessert, as it’s one of those Winter warmers that I look forward to each year, although I have to admit in the kitchen, we take the trimmings with lashings of cold butter and eat as it is.
